Announcements for 12-11-22
~Our annual congregational meeting was held during the worship service last Sunday, November 27th. Elected to the office of Elder were: Sharon Postma and Chris Wright. Elected to the office of Deacon were: Justin Groen, Mark Boender and Rob Van Hofwegen. They will be officially installed on January 8th, 2023.

Birthday Calendars: The Bell Choir will be selling Birthday/Anniversary Calendars for 2023. They are $5.00 each with all proceeds going to The General Fund. To order your copy contact Sharon Tilstra at 472-2390, Mary Hoogers at 472-3097, the church office at 472-3729 or leave a note in Sharon and/or Mary’s church mailbox. The deadline to order is Dec 18. Calendars will be ready by January 1. Thank you in advance for your support.

With winter quickly approaching we have a few reminders as far as cancelling worship. We will make announcements via Flocknote, Prayer Chain, Social-Media and the following radio stations KIWA Sheldon and K101/KQAD. The same rules apply to our Wednesday night activities. *Justice For All is planning a KENTUCKY BUS TOUR, focusing on our 4 major ministry partners: Grace Covenant Ministries, Annville, KY; Helping Hands, Hyden KY, Appalachia Reach Out Inez, KY; and Appalachian Mission of Hope, Berea, KY. The dates are April 12-18, 2023. Join us, learn, and see how God is using beautiful ministries to share HIS love and hope to those who live in very poor communities throughout Kentucky. We’ll be exploring the rich history, culture and stories of the mountain ‘hollers’, coal, and horses! And God’s amazing creation will also be on display!
