Sunday School Memory Work: This morning our 1st Grade Class will recite the Psalm 23 and John 3:16. Next week, our 2nd Grade Class will recite the Apostle’s Creed. Parents: please have your 2nd graders to their classroom by 9:15 AM. When they are finished, the children will join their families for the remainder of worship. Thank you!

        Just For Fun - All Church Potluck - Sunday May 1

All are invited for fellowship, food and fun at our All-Church Potluck on Sunday, May 1 right after Sunday School. Please bring your favorite dish to share. Dinnerware and beverages will be provided. Planning Center: We will be starting to implement a new way of contacting and church event planning. It is called “Planning Center”. So, if you are receiving emails to accept, please do. It is how we will be contacting you for worship planning, registering for events and other services offered here at First Reformed Church. Thanks

Prison Ministry Opportunity:  Come and worship in the state penitentiary in Sioux Falls!  We will join Cornerstone Prison Church for worship on Friday, May 20.  We will leave from the church parking lot at 4:45pm and return around 9:00pm.  We will worship and go out to eat after.  You must be 18 years or older.  You must fill out a waiver and turn it in to any staff member by Sunday, April 24.  There are limited spots, so the first 15 people get to go!  Get a waiver from the Welcome Center, Church office, or contact Valerie Lenderink, frcmusic@premieronline.net or call or text 314-637-8383.

Worship Is: What's the difference between worship and performance?  Why do we sing, pray, and give an offering during church?  Come join this new adult Sunday school class, Worship Is.  We will explore what worship is, how to do it, what it means, the history, biblical stories, relevant application, and more!  The class will take place every Sunday in March and April in Room 377 during Sunday school time.  Bring your bible!  Questions?  Ask Valerie Lenderink, frcmusic@premieronline.net or 314-637-8383.   

      Living Stations of the Cross- We would love to invite you and your congregations to attend The Living Stations of the Cross, put on by the Holy Name High School Youth Group, taking place on Sunday, April 10th at 5 PM at Holy Name Catholic Church in Rock Rapids. Our hope is for this to be a growing community event each year.

Center for Financial Education is having 2 events in the next few months a golf outing and a fishing outing. We are really looking forward to our fishing outing, it's a fun day filled for families of all ages.
