Christian Education opportunities are endless at First Reformed Church! It is our mission to teach our children about the need for Christ in their lives, the desire to grow spiritually, to witness to their peers, and to equip them to be committed Christians in service of our Lord.

Sunday School

Sunday School classes begin at 10:35 a.m. each Sunday morning. There are classes for 3 year-olds through 12th grade, with some adult classes offered as well. Sunday School runs from September through May each year.

Children & Worship

Children and Worship is for 3 year olds through kindergarteners and gives them the opportunity to experience worship at their age level in a special place just for them during the sermon portion of the morning worship. Club 512 (formerly Midweek Activities)

Club 512 meet Wednesday afternoons 2:30 to 5:00PM during the school year (September-April) and is intended for grades 1st through 6th.

Vacation Bible School

Each summer, First Reformed Church teams up with the United Methodist Church and the Christian Reformed Churches for Vacation Bible School. This is a three day program that usually is scheduled for the first week of June each year.

Jr. RCYF

Jr. RCYF is for 7th-8th graders. We meet every Wednesday night from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Youth Room, September-April. The Jr. RCYF participates in local service projects, mission trips, and area wide gatherings. Visitors and friends are always welcome.

Sr. RCYF

Sr. RCYF (Reformed Church Youth Fellowship) is for senior high school youth. We meet at 8:00 p.m. every Wednesday (September-April). The RCYF participates in many activities throughout the year, such as: community based projects, mission trips, area wide gatherings, fundraisers, and more.

Girls' League

Girls' League is for high school girls. We meet once a month at members' homes and share in Bible studies, group discussions, and fellowship.

Guys' Night

Guys' Night is for high school guys. We meet once a month at the church or other locations to do Bible studies, group discussions, and guy things.
